Account Manager (Georgian-Speaking)

About the role

FxPro, an international fintech company with offices in Limassol, London, Nassau, Dubai and Yerevan, is looking for an Account Manager who speaks Georgian. You will manage a portfolio of existing clients in Georgia, building long-term relationships, improving retention, reactivating inactive clients and providing personalised service to VIP clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, including newly funded, active, less active, inactive and VIP clients.
• Receive client handovers from the Sales team after the first deposit, review client needs, expectations and outstanding questions.
• Maintain regular contact by phone, email and approved messaging channels, with clear contact plans and scheduled follow-ups.
• Monitor changes in client activity, understand why engagement has dropped and address service issues early.
• Reconnect with inactive clients and identify opportunities to resume the relationship.
• Provide personalised service to VIP clients and explain benefits and account conditions within approved eligibility criteria.
• Explain company services, account features and payment options clearly and accurately.
• Work with internal teams to resolve payment, withdrawal, verification and platform queries.
• Aim for agreed targets on retention, reactivation and repeat funding while keeping service quality and following internal procedures.
• Keep accurate CRM records of client preferences, interaction history, outstanding issues and next actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, retention or VIP client management within a fintech company.
• Experience working with clients from Georgia and understanding their common needs.
• Proven ability to manage a client portfolio, build long-term relationships and meet retention or account-development targets.
• Fluent Georgian, with good written and spoken English.
• Ability to work on-site in Yerevan and openness to relocating if currently based abroad.

Required skills

• Understanding of financial products, account conditions and digital platforms.
• Practical knowledge of client verification, deposits, withdrawals and internal transfers.
• Nice to have: knowledge of Russian or other regional languages, familiarity with payment methods used in Georgia, and experience with CRM systems, client segmentation and retention reporting tools.
