Fundraising & Partnership Manager

About the role

Keron Development Foundation is seeking a proactive, results-driven Fundraising & Partnership Manager to own the Foundation's fundraising activities, partnership development and donor engagement. The role covers identifying and securing funding, building relationships with donors and partners, and developing initiatives that support the Foundation's projects and long-term sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop annual fundraising plans and activities, set targets with leadership, and prepare proposals, sponsorship packages and donor presentations
• Secure support from individual donors, corporate sponsors, foundations and institutional donors in Armenia and internationally, including grants, sponsorships and recurring donations
• Build relationships with donors, corporate partners, embassies, foundations and international organizations, and keep them engaged
• Maintain and update the CRM system with donor records, communication history and opportunities
• Manage the Vernatoun Membership Club: grow and retain members, plan events and gather feedback
• Plan and run fundraising events such as galas, benefit dinners and donor receptions, and coordinate with partners and vendors
• Work with the communications team on fundraising campaigns, donor communications, impact updates and reports
• Track performance, keep an active pipeline of prospects and follow up on commitments

Required profile

• At least 3-5 years of experience in fundraising, partnerships, business development, donor relations or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to develop partnerships and attract financial support
• Strong communication, presentation, networking and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage projects and multiple priorities independently
• Excellent written and spoken Armenian and English

Preferred qualifications

• Nonprofit, foundation or international institution experience
• Established network in Armenia and/or internationally
• Experience organizing fundraising events
• Knowledge of grant applications, corporate sponsorships and international fundraising
• Additional languages, especially Russian or French
