About the role

The company is looking for an Active Sales Specialist to drive outbound sales of various products to both existing and potential customers. The role involves cross‑selling, managing a customer database, and reporting on sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to sell a range of products to current and prospective clients.
• Implement cross‑selling strategies to increase product uptake.
• Create and maintain a customer database.
• Prepare and present company‑approved reports on sales performance.
• Achieve the monthly sales plan and target a 20% annual growth in product sales.
• Maintain monthly call quotas.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment processing for transactions.
• Score at least 85% on periodic professional knowledge and skill assessments.

Required profile

• Higher education degree or completion of professional courses.
• Excellent command of Armenian; knowledge of Russian and English is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong corporate email handling abilities.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Quick learning ability and willingness to acquire new skills.
• Team‑working capabilities.
