Architect – Design & Project Implementation

About the role

Gravity is seeking a creative Architect to lead the design and delivery of commercial, industrial, educational and residential projects. The role covers the full project lifecycle, from concept development and 3‑D visualisation through detailed documentation and on‑site implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural and interior design concepts from initial ideas through detailed design.
• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, plans, 3D models and visual presentations.
• Design solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, technical requirements and project objectives.
• Maintain accurate architectural documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create design details and documentation required for implementation.
• Review and adapt designs based on project feedback and implementation needs.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure designs are practical and aligned with construction requirements.
• Participate in site visits and provide architectural input during implementation.
• Identify design or implementation challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Ensure completed works align with approved designs, specifications and project requirements.
• Contribute to improving design processes, documentation quality and overall project efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in architecture, preferably within construction, interior design or project‑based environments.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant architectural and/or interior design work.
