About the role

The Trade Finance and Financial Institutions Services Manager will oversee factoring, documentary credits, and bank guarantees, ensuring compliance with international standards and internal policies. The role involves close interaction with correspondent banks and international financial bodies.

Key responsibilities

• Execute factoring operations in line with international standards and internal regulations, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
• Implement and manage the factoring provision process, including necessary procedures and banking software solutions.
• Handle documentary letters of credit, bank guarantees, and other trade finance transactions, maintaining strict compliance.
• Coordinate communication with correspondent and partner banks as well as international financial institutions, ensuring prompt and quality responses to inquiries.
• Participate in the design and preparation of documentary credits and guarantees, ensuring completeness and regulatory conformity.
• Perform data entry, message creation, and transmission in the SWIFT system according to established procedures.
• Collaborate with other bank divisions to enhance the efficiency of trade finance functions.
• Support the continuous update and improvement of the department’s document database and contribute to policy development.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of factoring and trade‑finance products, mechanisms, and related legal/operational processes.
• Minimum of one year of professional experience within a banking environment.
• Higher education in economics, finance, or a related field.
• Excellent command of Armenian; good proficiency in English and Russian.
• Effective interpersonal skills for teamwork and cross‑department collaboration.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the SWIFT messaging system.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Word.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
