Attendance Coordination Specialist

About the role

SoftConstruct is seeking an Attendance Coordination Specialist to manage employee attendance data, support payroll processes and ensure compliance with labour regulations. The role involves close interaction with employees, IT teams and senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Perform software entries for hires, terminations, vacations, sick leaves and other attendance events.
• Collaborate with employees on attendance‑related matters in line with company policies.
• Support payroll by providing verified attendance data and resolving discrepancies.
• Work with IT teams to maintain and improve attendance tracking systems.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies and industry regulations.
• Register biometric data and issue access cards to new hires on their first day.
• Prepare analytical reports on absenteeism, attendance deviations and related metrics.
• Create presentations on attendance for founders and board members.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and labour code.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in attendance management, workforce coordination or HR administration, preferably in the IT industry.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills related to attendance issues.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Armenian, Russian and English.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
