Total Rewards Specialist

About the role

Welltech is seeking a Total Rewards Specialist to own the analytics and frameworks behind compensation and benefits across its international hubs. You will design, maintain and improve compensation ranges, review cycles, market benchmarking and benefit programs while partnering closely with HR business partners and leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain compensation analytics and reporting used by leadership and HRBPs.
• Maintain and extend compensation ranges across existing and new locations.
• Run compensation review cycles, including matrices, budget models, scenario costing and system settings.
• Conduct end‑to‑end market benchmarking, analyse survey data and provide positioning recommendations.
• Support EU Pay Transparency rollout with pay‑gap analysis and action plans.
• Contribute to job architecture, evaluation and levelling.
• Design, administer and document bonus schemes.
• Own benefits renewals, vendor negotiations, business cases, contracts and budget tracking.
• Leverage AI and automation to streamline recurring analytics and processes.

Required profile

• Solid experience in Compensation & Benefits roles with international exposure.
• Deep understanding of compensation frameworks, market benchmarking and pay‑gap analysis.
• Strong ability to collect, validate, analyse and interpret data, turning complex data into clear insights.
• Proven project‑management skills, handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
