Audio & Video Content Manager (Russian speaking)

About the role

Social Discovery Group is looking for a proactive Audio & Video Content Manager who speaks Russian to ensure a steady flow of high‑quality audio and video assets for its social discovery platforms. This remote position will own the end‑to‑end production and publishing pipeline, driving volume, quality and monetisation.

Key responsibilities

• Own the production and publishing pipeline for audio and video content, meeting volume targets.
• Set quantitative content‑volume goals, monitor progress every 2‑3 days and intervene quickly when off‑track.
• Identify growth opportunities (new formats, sources, monetisation) and propose concrete actions to management.
• Analyse content metrics (volume, quality, conversion, retention) and build reporting dashboards.
• Collaborate with Product, Production and AI/Tech teams to launch initiatives.
• Test and roll out AI tools to accelerate content creation and processing.
• Ensure all content complies with service guidelines and quality standards.

Required profile

• 2‑4+ years managing audio/video content in dating, social or media environments.
• Proven ability to set and achieve quantitative KPIs.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking conversion funnels.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, ownership‑driven attitude.
• Fluent in English (B2+) and Russian (C1+); additional languages a plus.

• Google Sheets / Excel (basic formulas, data analysis)
• Basic understanding of audio and video production workflows
• Experience with AI tools for content generation or processing
• Familiarity with Bitrix CRM (nice to have)
