Bank Partnerships Manager

About the role

Finbox is building Armenia’s first independent ATM network and is looking for a Bank Partnerships Manager to expand its cooperation with local banks. You will be the primary point of contact for banking partners, driving new business opportunities and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Armenian banks and key stakeholders.
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with existing and potential banking partners.
• Promote Finbox’s ATM infrastructure, ATM‑as‑a‑Service, cash‑in/cash‑out, and other banking solutions.
• Prepare commercial proposals that match partners’ business needs.
• Lead meetings, presentations, and negotiations from initial discussion through contracting, integration, and launch.
• Coordinate implementation with Finbox IT, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Maintain the partnership and sales pipeline and monitor the Armenian banking and payments market.
• Support the development of new B2B and B2F products and partnerships.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in banking, fintech, payments, acquiring, cards, business development, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of banking products and payment infrastructure.
• Experience working directly with banks is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Commercial mindset focused on measurable results.
• Fluent in Armenian and English; Russian is a plus.
• Independent, proactive, and ownership‑driven.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cards, acquiring, ATM operations, payment systems, digital banking, or transaction processing.
