Business Analyst – National Payment System

About the role

UBPay is seeking a Business Analyst to join its National Payment System Department. The role focuses on analysing financial and operational data, preparing regulatory reports, and supporting compliance with the Central Bank of Armenia.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and report on UBPay’s financial and operational data on a regular basis.
• Verify and reconcile financial indicators, identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare and submit required reports, information and documentation to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia.
• Assemble documentation packages for licences, permits and other regulatory processes.
• Coordinate inquiries and requests from the Central Bank with relevant internal departments.
• Review applicable financial‑sector regulations and assist in their implementation.
• Produce analytical summaries and insights for senior management.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years professional experience in the financial or banking sector.
• Excellent knowledge of Russian and good command of English.
• Strong analytical thinking, high responsibility and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Armenian financial‑sector legislation and Central Bank requirements is a plus.
