Business Operations & CRM Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Business Operations & CRM Manager to own the coordination of business processes, develop our Bitrix24 CRM, and monitor operations across departments. The role ensures that processes are accurately reflected in the CRM, data is reliable, and management can make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, develop, and promote effective use of Bitrix24 CRM.
• Align business processes with CRM workflows and enforce consistent usage.
• Monitor task management, CRM adoption, and deadline compliance across teams.
• Collect, analyze, and report on operational data and KPIs.
• Prepare monthly management and operations reports for leadership.
• Identify bottlenecks, delays, and deviations, and propose optimization solutions.
• Coordinate cross‑departmental processes and ensure changes are reflected in the CRM.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, project management, business analysis, CRM or process management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Strong ability to understand, structure, and analyze business processes.
• Experience working with CRM systems and solid Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Excellent organizational attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving abilities.
