Chinese-Speaking Training and Information Processing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Chinese‑speaking specialist to organise and deliver training on our business software systems and related operational processes. The role combines instructional duties with ongoing information‑processing support, ensuring users understand software functionality and can work efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and conduct training sessions on business software and operational procedures for Chinese‑speaking employees.
• Explain software features, workflows and best practices in both Chinese and English.
• Provide continuous user support, answering questions and troubleshooting issues.
• Process and manage information using specialised information‑processing software.
• Develop and maintain training materials, user guides and operating instructions.

Required profile

• Excellent command of Chinese and good command of English.
• Relevant professional experience in training, information processing or a similar field.
• Strong communication, organisational and instructional abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with specialised software used for information processing.
