Construction Project Manager

About the role

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for the full coordination of construction projects, leading multidisciplinary professional teams and ensuring efficient management of office processes and resources. This role reports to the CEO and works closely with architects, engineers, contractors, as well as marketing and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate construction and project block activities, ensuring harmonious collaboration among architects, interior designers, chief engineers, contractors, and chief architects.
• Manage and monitor project timelines, budgets, and supplier relationships.
• Implement daily work processes and team coordination, guaranteeing clear task distribution.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO to execute assignments, handle documentation, and negotiate with government bodies, suppliers, and manufacturers.
• Represent the company’s interests at important external meetings, delivering positive outcomes.
• Integrate the construction/project team with Marketing and Sales to ensure unified operations.
• Assess resource needs, plan recruitment of new specialists, and coordinate technical additions with the CEO.

Required profile

• Higher education in Construction, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Business Management.
• 3‑5 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction or architectural fields, with solid knowledge of construction processes.
• Proven experience working with architectural, engineering, and contractor documentation and drawings.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and coordinate complex work streams.
• Experience negotiating with government agencies, suppliers, and contractors, and handling related documentation.
• Strong financial planning, deadline management, and risk forecasting capabilities.
• Strategic thinking, high responsibility, and quick decision‑making skills.
