Corporate Lending Products Development Specialist

About the role

Evoca is looking for a Corporate Lending Products Development Specialist to study corporate customers’ requirements, develop new products, improve existing ones, and ensure their competitiveness in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market, competitor and corporate customer needs research as part of the product development process.
• Develop ideas for new corporate lending products and services.
• Prepare technical specifications for product revisions.
• Analyze product sales performance trends and monitor statistics.
• Prepare recommendations for product improvement.
• Provide product‑related information to the sales team and support training sessions.
• Develop internal regulations, procedures and documentation related to products.
• Monitor industry trends and innovations.

Required profile

• Higher education in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of work experience, preferably in product development or digital projects.
• Basic knowledge of the AS‑Bank system.
• Knowledge of market and business analysis techniques.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
• Project management skills.
• Good command of English and/or Russian.
