Strategy Associate

About the role

SoftConstruct is looking for a high-potential, analytically strong Strategy Associate to support the development and execution of corporate strategy. The role works alongside senior leadership, contributes to business-critical decisions and gives broad exposure to investment planning, growth strategy and performance monitoring across global operations. It is an on-site position in Yerevan with occasional travel (about 5-10%).

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of strategic plans and prepare presentations for the executive team and the Group Board.
• Help cascade strategic goals to teams through KPIs and OKRs, and track performance against them.
• Assist in quarterly business reviews.
• Run analysis supporting capital allocation, new ventures and cross-functional projects.
• Prepare data-driven materials for CXO discussions and investment decisions.
• Research market trends, competitors and potential M&A or partnership opportunities.
• Work with internal teams to gather insights and align initiatives, and run ad hoc analyses for urgent decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in top-tier consulting, strategy, investment analysis, M&A or business planning roles.
• Fluent Russian and English; additional languages are a plus.
