Crypto Payments, DeFi & Web3 Monetisation Specialist

About the role

Casini is looking for a Crypto Payments, DeFi & Web3 Monetisation Specialist to manage secure crypto‑payment operations, wallet administration, treasury reporting and market intelligence. The position is fully remote with occasional meetings in Yerevan.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor Bitcoin and broader crypto markets, network conditions, transaction fees and industry developments.
• Coordinate approved cryptocurrency payments, transfers, wallet activities, exchanges and payment‑provider workflows following documented security and authorisation procedures.
• Track blockchain transactions, reconcile crypto deposits, withdrawals, wallet and exchange balances, and ensure accurate fiat‑settlement records.
• Perform pre‑transfer checks including recipient verification, network and token selection, fee assessment, wallet allow‑listing and transaction limits.
• Maintain transaction logs, wallet registers, treasury reports and audit‑ready documentation.
• Investigate delayed, failed, misrouted or suspicious transactions and document resolutions.
• Support integration, testing and optimisation of crypto payment solutions, custody providers, on/off‑ramp partners and liquidity providers.
• Assist with crypto liquidity management, wallet architecture design, security testing, key management and incident‑response procedures.
• Participate in compliance activities, AML checks and control reviews with Finance, Legal and Product teams.

Required profile

• Practical knowledge of cryptocurrencies, DeFi and Web3 combined with strong operational discipline.
• High security awareness, sound commercial judgement and meticulous documentation habits.
• Ability to work remotely and travel to Yerevan when reasonably required.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams (Finance, Operations, Compliance, Legal).
