Financial Reporting Specialist – IFRS & Budgeting

About the role

Moore Armenia is seeking a Financial Reporting Specialist to join its fast‑growing team and make a meaningful impact. You will be responsible for preparing financial statements, management reports, and supporting strategic decision‑making through detailed analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements in compliance with IFRS, local Armenian accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Produce management reports delivering timely, accurate, and actionable financial information to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Conduct in‑depth financial analyses, including variance, trend, and scenario modelling to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Lead and coordinate the annual budgeting and forecasting process, monitor budget performance, and report on deviations.
• Liaise with external auditors, ensuring timely and accurate provision of documentation for audit purposes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in financial reporting and controls, including automation.
• Perform other duties and ad‑hoc assignments as required by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• ACCA qualification or current ACCA student (advantageous).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in English and Russian.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to accuracy and ethical standards.
