General Manager Associate – Armenia

About the role

Alan, Europe’s fastest‑growing one‑stop health partner, is launching operations in Armenia. As the General Manager Associate you will work directly with the General Manager to build and scale a new, integrated healthcare system from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end execution of strategic initiatives, from definition through operational setup and local implementation.
• Map stakeholders, develop partnerships, design processes and scale the team to establish the business.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and operations builder to define and refine strategy.
• Integrate the Armenian operation with Alan’s global platform, adapting proven playbooks to local dynamics.
• Communicate strategy, trade‑offs and progress through clear documentation and presentations.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience building businesses or driving growth in management consulting, investment banking, M&A, high‑growth startups, or as a founder.
• Fluent in Armenian and English.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a bias for action.
