German Instructor – Teach with Berlitz Method

About the role

Join Berlitz, a global leader in language training, as a German Instructor. You will deliver learner‑centered German lessons using the proven Berlitz Method, helping students of all ages achieve their language goals in a dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Teach German using the Berlitz Method® with a focus on high‑quality, learner‑centered instruction.
• Create and maintain a positive, engaging classroom atmosphere.
• Support customers in reaching their language objectives.
• Participate in quality‑management activities at all instructional levels.
• Provide exceptional customer service and adhere to Berlitz standards.
• Be available to teach evening classes from 17:00 to 21:00.

Required profile

• Native or native‑fluent proficiency in German.
• Thorough knowledge of German language and culture.
• University degree; prior teaching or related experience is a plus.
• Strong intercultural and pedagogical abilities.
• Energetic, flexible, and highly communicative.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
