About the role

We are looking for a night‑shift receptionist/administrator to manage the front desk of a residential complex. The role involves greeting residents and visitors during night hours, handling phone calls, and supporting security operations. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for anyone entering the premises after dark, ensuring a welcoming and safe atmosphere. All administrative work will be performed using standard Microsoft Office tools.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome night‑time visitors and residents, answer their questions and provide assistance.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and forward them as needed.
• Monitor security cameras and supervise the premises together with security staff.
• Collaborate with security personnel to ensure a safe environment.
• Record daily notes and reports using Microsoft Office applications.

Required profile

• Excellent command of Armenian language.
• Basic conversational skills in Russian and English.
• High sense of responsibility, attention to detail and ability to work night shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Word.
• Proficiency with MS Excel.
