About the role

The Reporting and Analysis Department of Artsakhbank is seeking a leading specialist to oversee the preparation, verification, and analysis of banking and financial reports. The role involves ensuring data accuracy, supporting internal and external reporting cycles, and collaborating with various bank units.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and analyze bank and financial reports.
• Collect, consolidate, and monitor the accuracy of data required for reporting.
• Produce daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Prepare internal and external reports and submit them within stipulated deadlines.
• Ensure compliance of accounting and financial data.
• Identify data discrepancies, inconsistencies, and potential risks.
• Propose improvements to increase efficiency of reporting processes.
• Participate in automation and workflow‑enhancement projects.
• Collaborate with relevant bank divisions to guarantee data completeness and reliability.

Required profile

• Higher education in finance, accounting, economics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in banking, finance or accounting.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to solve problems independently.
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage priorities.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with LS Bank software (preferred).
