About the role
Tripathon Travel is an online reservation platform offering instant confirmation for hotels, tours and transfers worldwide. It is looking for a full-time Head of Finance to oversee all financial operations and support strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and review of financial statements
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
- Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA or CFA are an advantage
- Extensive knowledge of finance and financial reporting practices
- Demonstrated expertise in budgeting and financial planning
- Experience in team leadership and financial operations management
- International and multi-country finance experience
- Fluency in English is required
Required skills
- Preparing and analysing financial statements
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate financial data and drive strategy
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
- Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
