Head of Sales – AI Assistant for Work

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Head of Sales to lead revenue generation for Krisp’s AI Assistant for Work, a suite of voice‑AI features such as noise cancellation, real‑time transcription, meeting notes and accent conversion. The role combines strategic ownership of the sales engine with hands‑on selling to enterprise customers in the US and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full revenue target for the AI Assistant for Work, from pipeline creation to deal closure.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales pipeline, expanding self‑serve leads into paid accounts and launching outbound motions.
• Conduct demos, negotiations and expansions personally with US and European buyers.
• Lead, coach and scale the sales team, setting performance standards and removing obstacles.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, define pipeline stages, lead‑scoring models and dashboards to keep the revenue engine running efficiently.
• Collaborate with marketing and product to translate customer insights into campaigns and roadmap priorities.

Required profile

• Proven B2B SaaS sales leader with a track record of quota attainment and pipeline generation in Tier‑1 markets.
• High‑energy, hands‑on closer who sells alongside the team and drives results daily.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills for regular interaction with US and European buyers.
• Analytical mindset, comfortable digging into product usage data and building sales reports.
• Customer‑obsessed, collaborative and able to work with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management.
• Knowledge of outbound sales tooling and lead‑scoring methodologies.
