HR Administration Specialist

About the role

SoftConstruct is seeking an HR Administration Specialist to handle a full range of HR processes, ensuring compliance with the Labor Legislation of the Republic of Armenia and supporting the company’s fast‑paced IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process all HR‑related actions such as hiring, transfers, contract extensions, terminations, vacations and sick leave in a timely manner.
• Standardize employee documentation, including orders, contracts, additional agreements and other required HR papers.
• Maintain and update employee personal files and the centralized HR document management system.
• Request and verify timely submission of necessary documents from staff to keep records accurate.
• Enter and keep up‑to‑date information in the employee database and the HՏ Cadre Module.
• Prepare employment references and respond to internal and external inquiries promptly.
• Manage work‑time tracking, verify accuracy and provide sheets to the Payroll Department.
• Ensure all HR activities comply with Armenian labor legislation and related legal acts.
• Utilize the electronic digital system for conducting employment contracts.
• Carry out additional duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably within the IT sector.
• Strong knowledge of Armenian Labor Legislation and related legal documents.
• Experience in personnel management and handling confidential information.
• Ability to work meticulously with attention to detail and strong time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using the HՏ Wage Cadre Module.
• Ability to work with specialized HR databases.
• Familiarity with internet network resources and related tools.
