HR Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an HR Data Analyst to join our HR Tech team. You will consolidate data from multiple HR systems and deliver advanced analytics that support data‑driven decisions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate and consolidate HR data from various sources, ensuring quality and accessibility.
• Perform statistical analysis, build predictive models, and create forecasting for key HR areas.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards, visualizations, and regular reports for leadership.
• Translate stakeholder business questions into analytical projects and provide actionable recommendations.
• Lead end‑to‑end analytics initiatives from requirements gathering to implementation.
• Identify workforce trends, risks, and opportunities through predictive and diagnostic analytics and propose interventions.
• Collaborate with leaders to define KPIs, support ad‑hoc requests, and advance analytics maturity.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in HR analytics.
• Degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science or Sociology.
• Strong English proficiency (B2+).
• Proven ability to lead projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast‑moving environment.
