About the role
We are expanding our HR team and seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist who enjoys daily interaction with candidates and is dedicated to matching the right talent with construction and office positions.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from candidates applying for construction and office roles.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment databases.
- Support the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
