HR Generalist – Employee Lifecycle & Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Armenia. The role will support the full employee lifecycle for both our local office and international operations, handling HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day HR processes, contracts, amendments, and employee records.
• Act as the primary HR contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on policies and handling sensitive matters confidentially.
• Support recruitment activities, from vacancy coordination to candidate screening and interview scheduling.
• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding procedures to ensure smooth transitions.
• Collect and verify payroll inputs, maintain accurate employee data, and support benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with Armenian labour legislation and company policies.
• Facilitate performance review cycles, training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and reporting for local and global teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Manager, HRBP or similar role.
• Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle and HR operations.
• Good knowledge of Armenian labour legislation and local employment practices.
• Hands‑on experience with HR administration, employee relations, and payroll coordination.
• Experience supporting recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Experience in an international or fast‑paced environment is a plus.
