Human Resources Specialist

About the role

The Human Resources Specialist at Homer by VAK is a full-time, on-site role based in Yerevan. This role manages day‑to‑day HR operations, including employee records, recruitment support, onboarding, and performance review coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee records, HR documentation, employment‑related documents, and administrative HR processes.
• Support the full recruitment and onboarding cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviews, hiring, and employee integration.
• Administer employee benefits and assist payroll‑related processes, including attendance, leave, and compensation data.
• Support employee engagement, internal communication, and workplace culture initiatives.
• Implement and continuously improve HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with Armenian labor legislation.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR).
• HR Management and Personnel Management skills, including employee relations, performance processes, and staffing needs.
• Ability to maintain accurate HR documentation, manage confidential information, and support compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities on‑site in Yerevan.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
