Information Technology Sales Manager

About the role

Rentie is looking for an Information Technology Sales Manager to lead new‑business acquisition and nurture long‑term relationships with property owners, brokers, and corporate clients. Based on‑site in Yerevan, you will act as the bridge between the market and our prop‑tech platform, driving revenue growth across the rental lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and convert leads into qualified opportunities.
• Conduct product presentations and live demos for prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts, manage multi‑party agreements and close deals.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market needs.
• Provide customer feedback, contribute to revenue forecasts and reporting.
• Mentor junior sales staff and represent Rentie at industry events.

Required profile

• Proven track record in B2B or SaaS sales with strong lead‑generation and pipeline‑management skills.
• Experience in relationship building, account management and customer success.
• Excellent negotiation and contract‑management abilities.
• Fluent in Armenian and proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Yerevan, manage multiple priorities and collaborate cross‑functionally.
• Knowledge of the Armenian real‑estate market and prop‑tech sector is advantageous.
