Instructional Designer – Environmental Education e‑Learning Platform

About the role

Evergreens is creating a pioneering environmental education platform for school‑age youth in Armenia. We are seeking a skilled Instructional Designer to shape the digital learning experience, ensuring young learners can understand, act on, and document environmental challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Design the instructional architecture and learning pathways for each e‑learning module.
• Develop storyboards, interactive content, assessments, and quality‑assurance processes.
• Collaborate closely with subject‑matter experts, the Education Specialist, and the platform’s design and development team.
• Ensure each module works as a standalone experience while contributing to a coherent, progressive curriculum.
• Maintain editorial and visual standards that promote engagement and clear scientific communication.

Required profile

• Solid background in environmental education, environmental science, or a closely related field.
• Proven ability to communicate environmental topics clearly to non‑expert audiences.
• Significant experience designing e‑learning or digital educational content.
• Creative mindset combined with analytical rigor for instructional design decisions.
