International Finance & Corporate Structuring Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an analytical and proactive International Finance & Corporate Structuring Specialist to support our Group’s global expansion and operations. You will be responsible for establishing and managing international entities, ensuring compliance, and coordinating cross‑border financial activities in a dynamic multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Research tax, corporate and regulatory requirements in new jurisdictions to support expansion.
• Coordinate the creation, structuring and ongoing administration of international entities with local consultants, lawyers and accountants.
• Maintain internal accounting records, reconcile them with local financial reports, and review financial statements, tax filings and compliance reports.
• Manage relationships with external consultants, auditors, legal advisors and service providers, overseeing engagements and document flows.
• Oversee intercompany transactions, invoicing, settlements and transfer‑pricing compliance.
• Participate in budgeting, cash‑flow planning and financial forecasting for international entities.
• Coordinate external audits and support contract review, finance approvals and governance processes.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, HR, IT and International Relations to execute cross‑border projects and drive process automation.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law or a related field (ACCA or similar qualification is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in international finance, tax or corporate structuring.
• Strong knowledge of international tax, corporate compliance and transfer‑pricing regulations.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑jurisdictional projects and stakeholder relationships.
