Junior Data Analyst – Finance Analytics Team

About the role

As a Junior Data Analyst in the Finance Analytics team, you will turn raw data into actionable insights for the business. You will support the finance department with ad‑hoc requests, build dashboards, and collaborate with finance, commercial, marketing and product stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Pull and prepare data using SQL, including joins, window functions and CTEs.
• Maintain and improve reporting and reconciliation scripts, ensuring data quality.
• Research unit economics, plan‑vs‑actual analysis and build data marts.
• Create dashboards and visualisations with Tableau and Metabase.
• Explain key metrics such as GMV, ARPU, margin, conversion and revenue to non‑technical audiences.

Required profile

• 6‑12 months of experience in data analytics, consulting or a finance‑related role (internships count).
• Strong SQL skills and good Excel abilities (lookup, array functions, pivot tables, charts).
• Experience with at least one BI tool (Tableau or Metabase).
• Understanding of core business metrics (GMV, ARPU, margin, conversion, revenue).
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher and ability to work in GMT+3 time zone.
