About the role
Art Residence LLC is expanding its team and is looking for a responsible, detail-oriented and proactive Lawyer to manage and support the company's legal operations. The position is full-time and on-site in Yerevan.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
- Provide legal support for real estate transactions.
- Handle corporate legal matters and ensure compliance with Armenian legislation.
- Represent the company before government authorities and other organisations.
- Identify and assess legal risks and give legal recommendations.
Required profile
- University degree in Law.
- Strong knowledge of Armenian civil legislation.
- Knowledge of real estate and corporate law.
- Excellent Armenian, good Russian and English.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
