Head of B2B Compliance Team

About the role

SoftConstruct is looking for a Head of B2B Compliance Team to lead its B2B regulatory compliance function. The role covers licensing management, partner onboarding and technical oversight, and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Secure, maintain and leverage the Group's B2B licenses across global regulated markets, ensuring proprietary software, games and sportsbook platforms meet international regulatory standards.
• Manage regulatory risks across diverse jurisdictions and stay aligned with local regulators.
• Lead a team dedicated to onboarding and monitoring Turnkey and White Label partners, and ensure technical compliance of all solutions delivered to business clients.
• Lead, mentor and evaluate the performance of the B2B compliance team.
• Act as a key liaison between B2B clients, product developers, legal counsel and external auditors.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• At least 5-8 years of experience in regulatory compliance, with a strong focus on B2B iGaming operations.
• Proven experience in B2B compliance, licensing and regulatory oversight within the iGaming industry.
• Demonstrated experience leading compliance teams and managing multi-jurisdictional compliance operations.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Armenian and Russian is an advantage.
