About the role
MB Legal is a full-service law firm in Yerevan, Armenia, with expertise in financial, corporate and tech law. It is looking for a Junior Lawyer for a full-time on-site position. The role involves drafting legal documents, conducting research and advising clients on legal matters.

- Advising clients on legal matters
Required profile
- A law degree from an accredited institution
- Knowledge of the Armenian legal system and regulations
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English
- An avid learner
Required skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
- Legal document drafting and legal research
- Strong analytical skills and ability to give sound legal advice
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience with securities law, corporate and M&A law and tech law is a big plus, but other candidates are welcome to apply.
