Lead Product Analyst – B2C Financial Services

About the role

Tabby is building a complete money app for Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait. The Lead Product Analyst will own analytics for Tabby Cash and related debit products, driving user growth while ensuring sustainable economics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of product analysts to support product and business teams across activation, engagement and profitability.
• Generate hypotheses, design and run research and A/B tests, and present findings clearly.
• Collaborate with product, risk and growth stakeholders on both ongoing research and ad‑hoc requests.
• Maintain and enhance existing financial‑product metrics, identify improvement areas, and create new decision‑making metrics.
• Develop data visualisations and reports that are easily understood by business and product teams.
• Assist in planning data structures and improving data quality for new features.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a data or product analyst.
• Proven experience leading a team of analysts.
• Strong quantitative skills and a structured problem‑solving approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to interact with cross‑functional teams.
