Learning & Development Manager – Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Learning & Development Manager to lead training initiatives at our resort. You will shape employee growth, ensure high service standards, and support exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all hotel training and development programs.
• Plan and deliver new‑employee orientation and onboarding sessions.
• Provide training on customer service, company policies, hospitality standards, and operational procedures.
• Identify training needs with department managers and develop tailored training plans.
• Manage internal and external training activities, facilitators, schedules, attendance, and program effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate training records and produce regular reports.
• Evaluate outcomes, recommend improvements, and ensure mandatory compliance training is completed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry (mandatory).
• Experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, planning, organizational, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
