Marketing, Communications & Storytelling Lead

About the role

The Automobile Federation of Armenia (FAA) is expanding its activities across motorsport, mobility, road safety and international cooperation. We are seeking a Marketing, Communications & Storytelling Lead to shape and deliver a cohesive narrative that showcases our programmes to local and global audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and protect FAA’s overall communications and storytelling narrative.
• Create written and visual content for social media, website, press releases, articles, interviews and partner materials.
• Plan communications around projects, athletes, events, partnerships and milestones.
• Coordinate photography, video, design and external creative resources.
• Produce long‑form stories about drivers, young talent, engineers, officials and the people building Armenian motorsport.
• Support communications with sponsors, partners, FIA/ASN stakeholders, institutions and media.
• Maintain a consistent, modern and credible FAA identity across all channels.
• Build an editorial calendar and strengthen media relationships to increase international visibility.
• Measure content performance and continuously improve communication strategies.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English and Armenian; French is a strong advantage.
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling abilities.
• Experience in marketing, communications, PR, media, journalism, branding or content creation.
• Good judgement for visual content and ability to brief designers, photographers and filmmakers.
• Organisational discipline to manage multiple stories and projects simultaneously.
• Confidence working with senior executives, athletes, partners and international stakeholders.
• Warmth, discretion and strong interpersonal skills.
