Remote Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a growth‑focused digital marketer to lead and scale PPC initiatives across multiple channels. This full‑time remote position will have you working on diverse projects for Scopic’s own brand and its agency, Scopic Studios, collaborating with a global team of over 250 professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, display and remarketing platforms.
• Analyze funnel performance to improve lead quality, conversion rates, acquisition costs and ROI.
• Design and execute growth experiments across paid ads, landing pages, email, content and social media.
• Conduct market, audience, keyword and competitor research to uncover new acquisition opportunities.
• Write, proofread and edit SEO‑driven content with minimal briefing.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align brand awareness and marketing efforts.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on digital or growth marketing experience across multiple channels.
• Proven track record of independently managing and scaling PPC campaigns with data‑backed results.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to design, prioritize and evaluate marketing experiments.
• Understanding of the full acquisition funnel from traffic generation to lead nurturing.
