Creative Producer

About the role

Social Discovery Group is seeking a Creative Producer to lead the end‑to‑end production of user‑acquisition (UA) ads on TikTok for multiple products. You will translate data‑driven ideas into clear briefs, guide creative teams, and ensure rapid iteration to boost campaign performance.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full creative production cycle for TikTok UA ads, from brief creation to final asset delivery.
• Convert performance data and market analysis into actionable creative hypotheses and testing plans.
• Maintain a library of best‑practice guidelines and provide clear direction to freelancers and external agencies.
• Collaborate closely with UA managers, designers, editors, and AI teams to produce assets at scale.
• Align priorities and timelines with stakeholders to ensure smooth production and fast iteration loops.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in performance‑marketing creative production, especially for TikTok.
• Proven track record of high‑performing creatives backed by significant UA spend.
• Strong understanding of UA metrics (conversion rate, CPA, ROAS) and how creative influences them.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
