Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy of Golden Palace Hotel in Yerevan. This full‑time, on‑site position will drive brand awareness, occupancy and revenue across key customer segments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated digital and offline marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media channels, online presence and website content updates.
• Coordinate creation of promotional materials, packages and visual assets with designers or agencies.
• Maintain relationships with travel partners, corporate clients and external agencies.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and performance data; prepare regular reports.
• Collaborate with sales, reservations and front‑office teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Oversee promotional events, manage the marketing budget and ensure alignment with the hotel’s luxury positioning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in hospitality, travel or luxury services marketing is highly beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fluent in English and Russian.
