About the role
The Production Operator will work on the shop floor to execute manufacturing operations, manipulate raw materials and operate machinery according to established procedures. The role supports the Supervisor of Process Production, the Manufacturing Director and senior operations leadership to ensure timely delivery of sub‑assemblies and finished goods to internal customers.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Handle raw materials, components and process inputs following work instructions.
- Apply standard operating procedures and production schedules.
- Inspect output for quality and report any deviations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Required profile
- High school diploma (Bachiller Académico).
- Minimum 6 months experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and achievement.
Required skills
- Machinery operation.
- Material handling.
