P2P Growth Operations Manager – CIS/CEE

About the role

Binance is seeking a P2P Growth Operations Manager to drive sales and expand our peer‑to‑peer platform across the CIS and CEE regions. You will build relationships with agents and partners, resolve disputes, and shape marketing initiatives that fuel long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and develop relationships with potential clients, agents, and partners to boost sales.
• Handle disputes on the P2P platform, providing troubleshooting support to users.
• Identify customers' unique needs, perform document verification, and monitor transactions for suspicious activity.
• Read, prioritize, and respond to customer queries promptly.
• Create, manage, and continuously refine marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research to support product and market expansion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing or business development within finance or e‑commerce.
• Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian.
• Strong written communication and listening skills.
