Reel & Story Maker – Junior/Junior+

About the role

Social Effect is seeking a creative Reel & Story Maker at a Junior/Junior+ level to produce engaging short‑form video content for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. If you follow social media trends and can turn ideas into dynamic Reels and Stories, we want you on our team.

Key responsibilities

• Create Reels and Stories content from concept to final edit.
• Film and edit short‑form videos.
• Propose creative concepts and content solutions.
• Apply text, music, transitions and visual effects.
• Adapt content for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook platforms.
• Monitor social media trends and tailor them for various brands.
• Participate in shoots and collaborate on diverse projects.
• Work closely with SMM and Creative teams.

Required profile

• Junior/Junior+ professional level.
• Strong creative thinking and ability to generate new ideas.
• Responsibility and ability to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Video shooting.
• Video editing.
• Proficiency with editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut).
• Good knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and Facebook platforms and their trends.

• Salary starting from 150,000 AMD, depending on experience and skills.
