Senior Affiliate Manager

About the role

EveryMatrix is seeking a Senior Affiliate Manager to lead affiliate programmes for iGaming operator clients across Tier 1 markets. Based in Yerevan, you will own end‑to‑end affiliate strategy, drive traffic growth and deliver measurable net gaming revenue impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage affiliate programmes for multiple iGaming operators from day one.
• Act as primary contact for operators, conducting regular strategy calls and performance reviews.
• Define GEO targets, payout models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid) and traffic mix goals.
• Configure and maintain programmes within the PartnerMatrix platform.
• Recruit, onboard and nurture high‑quality affiliates, negotiating rates and hybrid deals.
• Monitor traffic quality, flag fraud, and ensure KYC/AML compliance before activation.
• Reconcile payment data with Finance and oversee affiliate communications via the ticketing system.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing affiliate programmes in regulated iGaming markets.
• Strong relationships with affiliates in the UK, Germany, Sweden, Netherlands, Canada, Australia and similar GEOs.
• Ability to work independently, make data‑driven decisions and handle high‑ownership responsibilities.
