About the role

Freedom Broker Armenia is seeking a Premium Client Relationship Manager to drive the active sale of investment products and nurture long‑term relationships with both local and non‑resident investors. The role combines portfolio management, market analysis, and business development within a dynamic financial services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell investment instruments such as securities, bonds, funds and other financial products.
• Attract capital and establish cooperation with potential investors.
• Design, manage and develop clients’ investment portfolios.
• Expand the client base, provide high‑level service and strengthen partnership relationships.
• Conduct analysis of local and international financial markets and deliver investment opportunity insights to clients.
• Ensure compliance of investment services with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare reports and required documentation.

Required profile

• Higher education in economics, finance or a technical field.
• 1–2 years of experience in the financial or banking sector, preferably with recent exposure to investment activities.
• Experience working with non‑resident clients is an advantage.
• Established professional network in the investment and finance industry.
• Fluent Armenian, good Russian and sufficient English language skills.
• Result‑oriented mindset with strong motivation to achieve KPI targets.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
• Proven capability to lead negotiations and build long‑term client relationships.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
