About the role
We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our Yerevan office. The role focuses on identifying reliable suppliers, primarily in China, negotiating favorable terms, and coordinating the full purchasing and delivery process.
Key responsibilities
- Find and evaluate suppliers and manufacturers.
- Request and compare quotations, samples, and product specifications.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, minimum order quantities, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate orders, monitor production, ensure quality control, and manage shipping.
- Maintain ongoing communication with suppliers and track deadlines.
- Research alternative suppliers and explore new sourcing opportunities.
Required profile
- Experience in sourcing, procurement, purchasing, or supply chain.
- Fluent in English and Russian.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
- Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Prior experience sourcing from China is a strong advantage.
