AI Product Stream Lead

About the role

The AI Product Stream Lead is responsible for defining and delivering AI‑powered supply‑chain solutions on the Cargoo platform. You will own a product stream end‑to‑end, from identifying where AI adds value to shipping the feature and proving its impact in production.

Key responsibilities

• Shape the product vision and strategy, prioritize AI opportunities across freight operations, and decide the balance between automation, assistance, and human control.
• Lead a cross‑functional team through discovery, prototyping, validation, rollout and adoption, ensuring compliance with data protection and responsible‑AI standards.
• Create detailed use cases, requirements, business rules, and success criteria (accuracy, latency, cost, error rates) and maintain a prioritized product backlog.
• Track adoption and impact after release, measuring time saved, automation rate and user trust, and feed insights back into the roadmap.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience managing software development projects, preferably as a Product Owner.
• Proven leadership skills, including decision‑making and conflict resolution.
• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Informatics or a related field.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
• Strong analytical ability and experience working with data to inform product decisions.
• Solid understanding of large language models (LLMs) and AI agents, including their strengths, limitations and operational characteristics.
• Hands‑on daily use of AI tools for research, prototyping and feedback synthesis.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
