Product Manager – Mobile Banking

About the role

Ardshinbank is looking for a Product Manager to lead its Mobile Banking offering for corporate and business clients. You will shape the vision, roadmap, and delivery of digital banking solutions that enable legal entities to manage finances securely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for Internet and Mobile Banking solutions targeting legal entities.
• Gather customer insights, translate them into product requirements, features, and user stories.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, UX/UI designers, and development teams to deliver high‑quality digital experiences.
• Prioritize the product backlog, balancing business value, regulatory compliance, and technical constraints.
• Conduct competitor analysis and introduce innovative features to the corporate digital banking market.
• Serve as the primary communication bridge between business and technical teams.

Required profile

• Higher education in business, economics, IT or a related field.
• 5–7 years of product management experience in fintech or banking.
• Strong understanding of banking products for corporate clients and digital channels.
• Proven track record of defining and delivering web or mobile digital products.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication skills in Armenian; good proficiency in Russian and English.
