Product Manager, Peer-to-Peer Events

About the role

Fundraise Up is seeking a Product Manager to own the Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Events product line. This hands‑on software product role covers discovery, definition, delivery, launch, and continuous iteration, turning an ambiguous area into a focused, evidence‑based solution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for P2P Events, from discovery to launch and ongoing improvement.
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap in alignment with the broader P2P DIY foundation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including engineering, design, data, and customer success—to deliver features such as registration, team management, event operations, participant communication, attribution, reporting, and integrations.
• Ensure the Events and DIY product streams work as a coherent system while serving distinct customer workflows.
• Use customer feedback, usage data, and commercial evidence to guide product decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in software product management, preferably in SaaS or nonprofit technology.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and translate complex problems into clear product solutions.
• Strong data‑driven mindset and customer‑focused approach.
• Excellent collaboration skills within a distributed, multicultural team.
